This page is
specifically for the performers of BMS events. It provides details
of what they need to do or bring, when and where, plus helpful advice on
tickets and contact points specific to each event. Each
information section is also available as a separate downloadable
document to enable performers to print and take the information with
them. The
arrangements for events are listed in date order, with the closest event
listed first.

Please make sure you return your Consent Form to
Brent Music Service by no later than 17th June 2009.
Without this completed form, it will not be possible for you to perform
at Junior Fest 2009. If you have lost the form that has already
been sent to you, please download and print another one by clicking on

Requirements:
It is vital that your child attends this session, as we will
be rehearsing the combined pieces with BMS’s other ensembles and will
be finalising the seating plan for this item.
If
your child is unable to attend this rehearsal then they
WILL
NOT be able
to take part in the concert at the Town Hall both for musical and health
and safety reasons.

Requirements:
Your
child will be required at the Town Hall for a rehearsal at 5.15pm on the
day of the concert. They
will remain at the venue until the start of the concert and should come already
dressed in concert dress (see details below under "Dress
Code"). All
performers should bring a drink, a snack, their instrument and their
music. Please
make sure your child’s name is clearly marked on their instrument

members are to wear BMS
TShirt, black trousers/skirt, black shoes, (no trainers please)
Guitar
Ensemble
members are to wear black shirt/t shirt, black trousers/skirt and black shoes
Choir
members are to wear white shirt, black trousers/skirt, black shoes (no
trainers please). PROBLEMS?

Tickets are available to purchase from direct from the
Heads of Centres and Ensemble Leaders at the three BMS Evening Centres -
Claremont, Queens Park and
Wembley. Make savings of up
to 50% off
the ticket prices when you buy them in advance. Prices:
Bought in advance: £5.00/£3.00 (concessions)
Bought on the night: £10.00/£5.00 (concessions) Unfortunately,
ticket purchases CAN NOT be made by telephone.
